PO Coordinator

Adecco Creative is currently supporting our client, a major apparel and accessories brand, recruit for an ongoing, freelance PO Coordinator role in Manhattan.


  • Manage assortment sheets, PO, and sales orders for the International business team
  • Work in the systems to execute the purchase orders via data entry, checking multiple systems, running macros between excel sheets, and running reports
  • Communicate with cross functional teams on current needs
  • Prepare styling catalogue, trend research, and prep for Market Week
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Understanding of process flow
  • STRONG Excel and Google doc skills are a MUST
  • Availably to problem solve
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills
  • Excellent organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    This role is a great way to gain experience in the fashion industry. This role will be long term, ongoing, freelance.
