ADMIN/CLERICAL. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:HM: Joe Kelbaugh 1st shift position from 6am to 2pm. This position should expect to work OT on most weekends.

Paints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components that may include sub-assemblies and all other related components in order to contribute to completion of a variety of products. Adheres to quality and quantity standards and follows directions to meet part specifications.
1. Prepares components for painting and/or powder process including putting parts on racks, loading parts on the line, and applying masking/plugs as necessary.
2. Unloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed parts.
3. Applies painting and/or powder process in accordance with product specifications.
4. Sets paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances, color and feed rate.
5. Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area.

â?¢ Requires completion of high school education or equivalent.
â?¢ Ability to adhere to safety-related issues to include, but not limited to, good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
â?¢ Must have skills in documentation, team concepts, and basic preventative maintenance
â?¢ Requires ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs.
â?¢ Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriate.
â?¢ May be required to reach, push or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities.
â?¢ Requires hand grasp ability.
â?¢ Requires coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot.
â?¢ Meets cognitive demands to include visual discrimination/memory, auditory discrimination/memory reading ability, independent decision making and retention of specific knowledge.
â?¢ May be exposed to loud noises.
â?¢ Requires the operation of machinery as appropriate for performance of job.
â?¢ Requires use of safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and hearing protection in designated areas.
â?¢ Requires use of proper respirators and other equipment as necessary in the paint booth area.
