Contract Length: 3+ months 

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

 

SUMMARY:


The pricing administrator is responsible for maintaining stock price records for all customers, and for communicating pricing data to customer, sales employees and agents. In addition, he/she is responsible for running reports, auditing, and supporting initiatives. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Update and maintain customer price files in SAP 
• Review and manage pricing requests & run supporting analytic programs 
• Interact with marketing, sales and customer service personnel to resolve pricing issues 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing data 
• Support pricing changes by creating & distributing customer price files 
• Recommend pricing procedure and process improvements 
• Perform price auditing and work with sales and customer service personnel to resolve issues 
• Update and maintain established reports 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS **Experience with SAP and Excel desired.**

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Strong PC abilities; Microsoft Office 
• Knowledge of database & spreadsheet applications 
• Ability to work on multiple projects 
• Strong communication, math & problem solving skills 

PREFERRED 

• Experience in pricing, quotations, sourcing/purchasing or finance role 
• Knowledge of SAP and Business Explorer
