Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                         
Job Title:             Process Analyst
Location:             Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate:             $27.32/hr.   
Duration:             8+ months
Shifts: 7am to 4pm EST

The TFS&O Process Disruption team monitors, coordinates, and communicates events and/or system outage information that may affect the ability of LOBs to conduct business, client support associates and operating groups. They coordinate Business Continuity and Recovery planning with the LOB for the resumption of business operations before, during and after an incident and act as single point of contact for all Business Continuity matters for TFS&O.
• Track an event, outage or processing error end-to-end and detailed deliver communications that are distributed to impacted associates, servicing teams and senior leaders via Process Disruption emails. 
• Coordinate with business partners to determine the event summary, root cause and obtain “Client Lists” to quantify client impact. 
• Analyze all event data and publishes monthly reports including trending 
• Business Recovery Coordinators throughout the event, liaising between GBAM Operations, Market Presidents and LOB on business posture, associate tracking & safety, and Business Recovery Plan enactment 
• Maintain BC Plans within the Continuity Planning Tool ensuring both soundness of recovery strategy and completion of all plan sections 
• Facilitate Business Impact Analysis for each function, including new BIAs as well as annual updates of existing BIAs 
• Ensure LOB compliance with Business Continuity Standards and Procedures 
• Maintain any supplemental documentation required to support the Business Continuity plans 
• Ensure all plans are tested as prescribed in the Firm Standards 
• Coordinate Business Continuity related projects and initiatives as required for their LOB 
• Raise awareness of Business Continuity within their assigned LOB(s)
