Duration: 8 months (Part-tjime hours)
Pay Rate: up to $38.00 per hour



Must be legally able to work in the US with no sponsorship (this is a W2 contract, No Corp to Corp)

Summary:
Responsible for developing detailed process specifications for a major business process and systems implementation project, Dealer Business System (DBSi).

Education/Experience:
Five to seven years relevant experience in process/and or system implementations.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong communications, initiative, and analytical skills. A good understanding of the dealer organization and its business processes. A relevant degree, certification, or equivalent experience. Must be knowledgeable of the latest industry best practices as applicable to DBSi.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be competent to perform all consultant assignments without close supervision. Provide project management and process guidance and assistance to other team members. Identify and resolve complex business problems, including responding to needs of customers for which they are not formally assigned to assist. Work independently on complex processes. Develop major process solutions based on requirements gathered from customers. Assist customers in developing integrated testing procedures for end to end processes that ensure timely, quality results. Provide knowledgeable of common processes supported by DBSi, process documentation techniques, system capabilities, end to end integrated processes, common user procedures and policies, can provide training on these topics for others. Perform consultation on industry best practices and customer proven process solutions. Assist customers with documentation, training and usability efforts. High amount of travel is required – 50%

- ability to generate BPMN and DMN diagrams from ad hoc (non BPMN/DMN) process or functional maps developed in Visio or Powerpoint
- assist in the development of Standard Work so that others can also generate BPMN and DMN diagrams that follow the same conventions/formats
- conduct peer-to-peer training and knowledge transfer on BPMN and DMN
- collaborate with partners, suppliers, or customers in the continuous improvement of the BPMN/DMN intake/generation/hand-off/upkeep process
- assist in other aspects related to documentation of solution requirements and technical specs
