Procurement Admin

4 months (contract)

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

$20.00 / hr.

 

This position will be part of the Strategic Procurement Purchasing organization and responsible for specific tasks within the workflow process of purchase orders, quotes and invoices. This position will interact with business owners, internal colleagues and vendor representatives.

 

Specific Duties

  • Maintenance of department email inbox and mail stops.
  • Respond to vendor requests for invoice status updates.
  • Review and react to statement aging reports from Suppliers.
  • Perform invoice research using tracking tools and financial systems (PeopleSoft, SAP).
  • Check tracking databases and financial systems (PeopleSoft, SAP) for invoices.
  • Collect required documents for new vendor setups from vendors and A&O team members.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

 

Must Have:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Customer service experiences a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers and clients
  • Word processing/PC skills required
  • Strong communication skills required
