The Manager Global Procurement Sourcing will be primarily responsible for supporting the company’s global sourcing associated with our stakeholders across multiple indirect categories such as Meetings and Events, HR, and other Professional Services. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization and will be based in the Madison New Jersey Office.

Essential Functions
- Managing the end-to-end sourcing event for multiple categories/projects including Meeting and Event (e.g. hotels and venues) utilizing Cvent for venue sourcing.
- Apply strategic sourcing practices and manage supplier negotiations to ensure that full benefits are realized and sustained
- Support the development, management and measuring of key supplier relationships
- Independently manage projects, its external resources, work plan and progress of work
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationship
- To ensure that processes and communications channels exist to maximize the effectiveness of the delivery and implementations of any sourcing negotiations or projects
- Effectively project manage multiple initiatives
- Maintain and present market intelligence and market analysis regarding product and services supported to identify opportunities

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:
Experience in Category Management strategy with experience supporting multiple categories such as Meeting and Events, HR, and Legal
- Experience using Cvent (preferred) and proficient in Microsoft suite of applications
- Proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation and selection
- Experience in contract management and execution
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sourcing process and techniques
- Energetic, committed and dedicated to achieving success
- Able to resolve problems, transition and transform sourcing activities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Personal organization and self-management
- Minimum of 5 years relevant procurement experience
