Location: Memphis, TN

Hours: 8:00am-5pm Monday - Friday

Pay Rate:  $20+ based on experience 

Duration:  6 months with the possibility of going longer or permanent



This role will be responsible for performing administrative duties to support the Direct Procurement services function.

Job Function:

  • Perform basic Analysis to support the Direct Procurement team.
  • Interface with Category Managers/Commodity Leaders to support their strategic objectives
  •  Perform SAP activities based on direction from Commodity Leader
  • Create or change purchase orders, create or change purchase information records, create or change source lists, etc.
  • Perform SAP investigation to resolve blocked invoices.
  • Use of Ariba to develop request for quotes events
  • Retrieve revision controlled documentation (drawings for example) for use with quoting events.


  • High School diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred 
  • Strong Excel skills, ability to multi-task and to work in a face paced environment is a MUST
  • Applicant should be able to clearly communicate via email as well as face to face
