Responsibilities for this position include:

• The Product Administrator will provide direct support to local educational agencies (LEAs) for the successful administration of educational assessments.
• Conduct in-person workshops throughout California, live and recorded Webcasts, video development, e-mail communications, data driven improvement activities including surveys and focus groups, and report writing.
• Project management skills are required. Ability to build a project schedule, manage the project to stay on schedule, and ensure the deliverable meets client expectations.
• Strong writing skills are needed for this position. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in writing and follow a style guide.
• Responsible for taking meeting notes or minutes, writing several lengthy detailed reports, and regular e-mail communications to different audiences.
• Program evaluation experience is preferred.
• Ability to determine survey questions, implementing the survey, and drafting a final report with recommendations to the California Department of Education.

Candidates should meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability to Travel: 50% or less; not more than three nights; mostly driving with an occasional flight to Southern California
• Experience presenting to large groups (50-100 people) is required.
• MS PowerPoint experience, experience presenting virtually and experience with WebEx and virtual breakout sessions is preferred.
• Experience conducting focus groups is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
• Well-developed organizational skills, strong technical skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and a willingness/adeptness with regards to learning new technology are required.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, and experience working with internal and external customers are required.
