Job Title: Product Administrator

 

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Product Administrator opportunity in the Natomas area of Sacramento, CA.  The Product Administrator for District Outreach and Support will provide direct support to local educational agencies (LEAs) for the successful administration of all CAASPP assessments. This may also include activities related to ELPAC. Activities will include, but are not limited to in-person workshops throughout California, live and recorded Webcasts, video development, e-mail communications, data driven improvement activities including surveys and focus groups, and report writing.

 

-Applicant must be able to travel frequently with overnight stays. Travel is typically within California and is sometimes required with short notice.

-Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Experience presenting to large groups (50-100 people) is required. Knowledge of presentation best practices and designing effective presentations using PowerPoint is required.

-Experience presenting virtually is required. Experience with WebEx and virtual breakout sessions is preferred. Experience conducting focus groups is preferred.

-Project management skills are required. Applicant must be able to build a project schedule, manage the project to stay on schedule, and ensure the deliverable meets client expectations.

-Strong writing skills are needed for this position. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in writing and follow a style guide. This position is responsible for taking meeting note or minutes, writing several lengthy detailed reports, and regular e-mail communications to different audiences.

-Program evaluation experience is preferred. At the end of each administrative year, the CAASPP program surveys local educational agencies to determine effectiveness and make recommendation for future improvements. This includes working with an extended team to determine survey questions, implementing the survey, and drafting a final report with recommendations to the California Department of Education.

 

Travel: 50% or less; not more than 3 nights; mostly driving with an occasional flight to Southern California.

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
