Location:  Sacramento, CA

Duration:  6-month contract- likely extensions



Responsibilities for this position include:


  • The Product Administrator will provide direct support to local educational agencies (LEAs) for the successful administration of educational assessments programs.
  • Facilitating and taking notes at meetings, planning projects, creating schedules, and tracking budgets and email communication.
  • Assist the team in completing routine activities (e.g., calls to event participants, producing workshop materials, etc.) under direct supervision.
  • Ability to plan projects, create schedules, track budgets, setting up online surveys, intake from team members and other tasks as assigned.


Candidates should meet the following requirements for consideration:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. 
  • Local travel: 25% or less.
  • Project coordination and management skills are required. Candidates must be able to build a project schedule, manage the project to stay on schedule, and ensure the deliverable meets client expectations. 
  • Strong writing skills are needed for this position.
  • MS PowerPoint experience, experience presenting virtually and experience with WebEx and virtual breakout sessions is preferred.
  • Experience with social media and conducting focus group is preferred
  • Experience developing and producing multimedia training and communication resources preferred. 
  • Experience presenting to large groups is desired
  • Well-developed organizational skills, analytical skills, strong technical skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and a willingness/adeptness with regards to learning new technology are required. 
  • Must be self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, and experience working with internal and external customers are required. 
  • Program evaluation experience is preferred.
