Adecco Executive Recruitment is accepting resumes on behalf of its client for the position of Product Manager. You will be responsible for managing the implementation, development, positioning, and sales of new products in both domestic and foreign markets. Reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, you will help move projects thru the Stage Gate and ISO-9001 development processes, help manage the diversification of company's product lines or brands.

Daily responsibilities include:

Work closely with SPM, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Legal, and Creative Service departments, as well as outside agencies or suppliers to develop pricing, production, launch and integrated marketing programs for new products and packaging.
Develop and execute growth initiatives that deliver long-term objectives. Establish and track key metrics.
Evaluate new products, line extensions, and SKU rationalization opportunities.
Participate in the annual catalog planning process for assigned product line(s), including decisions related to product offering, pricing, marketing copy, descriptions and content.
Lead cross-functional business team to achieve Stage Gate goal(s), financial objectives and develop contingency plans and responses to changing marketplace conditions.
Assist SPM in preparing Executive Gate Team presentations and help move projects thru the Stage Gate and ISO-9001 development processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and develop a collaborative results-orientated team environment.
Provide assigned product line(s) direction to SPM, internal marketing team or outside partners and collaborate on development of integrated marketing and public relations plans.
Implement and maintain established branding and packaging guidelines across a family of products. Assist in the packaging change process and planning, claims, warnings and product descriptions in collaboration with Marketing and Engineering.
Support product research strategy and sales analysis through use of both internal and external resources.
Perform domestic and international market research and analysis as needed.

You have:

Bachelor’s Degree Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel 10%.
Minimum five years' working in consumer product marketing, brand or product management experience for branded products.
Adaptable, resilient, flexible, fast-paced/sense of urgency, and a high level of multitasking ability.
Able to handle pressure of deadlines, multiple projects and financial performance expectations.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required, including Project and Sharepoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft AX Operating System, Adobe Photoshop or planogram software a plus.
