About
Responsible for coordinating all Marketing, Branding, Product Development, Promotion, Training and Clinical Input for a specific Product Line.
Product Managers will be responsible for all aspects of the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
Coordinates PLM from initial idea phase to feasibility phase, design control and product launch.
Performs analysis on existing product responsibilities to find margin enhancement opportunities.
Analyzes and develops pricing strategies for GPO’s and IDN’s.
Co-travels with company sales representatives and works closely with customers to promote product lines to increase sales as well as find new markets and products.
Provides product responsibility details to VP and Director of Marketing to assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Researches, reviews and presents business plan, market intelligence, competitor analysis,
3-5 year forecasting and EVA to the strategic executive team or New Product Review Committee.
Provide strategic customer data from current customers and create strategic marketing concepts to attract new and potential customers.
Responsible for creating product demand in selected markets which will generate a rise in
company’s sales and profitability. Utilizes GPO agreements for product penetration.
Evaluates product performance and adjusts price, adds product extensions and promotional changes throughout the lifecycle of the product.
Performs quarterly reviews to the company executive team.
Administrates price, product, promotional and place aspects of the marketing plan as
appropriate and reasonable.
Keep and maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators for individual market share and sales data.
Able to navigate and pull data from the following software applications: GHX, MicroStrategy, Salesforce.com, JDEdwards.
Works closely with supply chain to develop ongoing value analysis.
Responsible for gathering clinical feedback where applicable for product efficacy.
Works with Marketing Director to set up trade show schedule, coordinates marketing and represents company at relevant shows pertaining to product lines.
Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the products' competitive position.
Test markets new products. Assists with new product development and launches within a select group.
Recommends changes to current product development team based on market analysis.
