POSITION: Product Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Mount Laurel, NJ (Zip 08054)
DURATION: 3 Months; strong possibility for extension or conversion
START DATE: ASAP
PAY RATE: Negotiable

**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only.**

The Product Marketing Manager role:
– Is a skilled program manager with excellent project management and communication skills.
– Manages BAU programs from strategy through to execution ensuring that all marketing governance procedures are followed eg.
– Program/Campaign kick-off
– Ensures commitment from relevant COEs around timing, captures requirements, timelines, and deliverables
– Creates milestone document
– Creates agency brief
– Logs all programs into quickbase to manage workflow with COEs. Utilizes quickbase to proactively track status against milestone document. (milestones should be part of QB, this is manual)
– Ensures all marketing collateral has been reviewed and approved by legal and compliance via cap and that final collateral and CAPIDs are captured in the system. Will have 0 audit fails.
– Manages weekly status calls with Marketing COEs/LOB partners. Ensures that strategy is well understood, sets expectations around execution timing, requirements, status. Works to remove roadblocks to ensure excellence in execution.
– Manages marketing budget forecast, regularly reviews agency hours/project across product groups to ensure consistency and efficient spend.
– Creates monthly competitive dashboard across channels.
– Takes interim campaign reporting providing insight on performance
– Takes partner performance reports against plan and ensures that marketing is tracking against LOB business performance objectives

MUST HAVES:
- Strong marketing communication background (min. 3 years)
- Previous work as a Product Marketing Manager type role within an agency/creative services space (3 years)
- Previous work where compliance aspects were needed to be considered (1 year)

NICE TO HAVES/FLEXIBLE AREAS:
- BA in Marketing
- Previous experience within the lending/home equity space
- Experience with QuickBase technology
