Adecco is currently assisting our client the World's Largest Search Engine on their search for a Product Operations Analyst. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Operations Analyst for our Mountain View, CA location who can combine data-driven insights with practical know-how to ensure we create impactful products to drive meaningful business outcomes. Our client's business growing rapidly and they have an exciting set of goals, working towards their mission to save customers time in their busy lives. To achieve these goals, we need an analyst with distinctive analytical and problem solving skills to develop a deep understanding of our process and identify improvement opportunities.

Position Overview:
You will be part of the Product Operations team that is responsible for analyzing operational performance, reducing cost and improving customer experience. In this role, you will be the expert on costs, quality and scalability trends and underlying drivers. The principal goal of your analyses would be to deliver actionable insights to senior management and to help delivery on projects that lead to reduction in cost, improvement in both quality and scalability.
As an Ops Analyst, you will apply analytics and program management skills to drive impact. You will work with both internal and cross-functional teams to identify analytical and system improvement opportunities, and lead these initiatives from conception to implementation.


Independently execute on assigned projects, managing multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously

Work with internal team and cross-functional partners to

Develop analytics, systems/system capabilities and metrics requirements

Prioritize requests according to business impact

Manage timeline, milestones and rollouts

Collaborate with other analysts, subject matter experts and decision makers to develop data-driven policies, models or decision-support tools to improve operational efficiency

Stand by the data quality and deliver accurate analysis.

Share and communicate findings and insights with stakeholders and senior management

Preferred qualifications:

Great problem solving skills: Structured Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive way to approach problem solving

Operational experience

Passion for analyzing large and complex data sets and converting them into the information that drives business decisions

Proficient in SQL, Excel / GoogleSheets, PowerPoint, Tableau is required on this role.

Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences

Proficiency working in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment

2+ years of work experience in analytics environment ideally in consulting, start up or client facing engagements.

Bachelor degree or higher with a quantitative focus (statistics, math, economics, operations management, computer science)

Developing system capabilities, analytics and metrics development

Strong project management skills. Ability to work with stakeholders and bring a project to completion
