Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Product Support Specialist:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, recommendations, sales, and other customer service-related issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and assist customers with product questions
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to navigate a computer, and learn new software quickly
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Problem solving skills

    These Product Support Specialist jobs may require some overtime. The training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. After training, your schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8:30am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm [schedule to be determined; you must have weekend flexibility].
