POSITION: Production Coordinator
LOCATION: Flower Mound, TX
HOURS:7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; M - F
DURATION: Long term indefinite (temp to perm)
PAY: $18/hr.

Job Description
Duties:


Manage and oversee all production processes and implantation of new production process business


Manage labor planning and scheduling


Monitor operational performance levels and regularly interface with management team


Responsible for production performance in one or all of the following: repair, testing, cosmetic refurbishment, pack out to ensure all production requirements are met


Train, motivate, and support staff in all areas of company and departmental procedures and expectations


Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required


Provide suggestions and maintain continual process improvements


All administrative duties within the production area, including production supplies, inventory stock levels and purchasing supplies through our buyers


Flexible work schedule may include working weekends


Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees


Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills


Experience working with full time and agency workers preferred


Ability to prioritize work flow and work independently with minimal supervision


Proactive problem solving ability


Strong organizational and follow-up skills


Ability to manage multiple tasks


Excellent attention to detail


Excellent PC skills with experience in Word and Excel applications


Proven technical aptitude


2+ years coordination experience. Preferably in a high volume production environment a plus.
