As an Production Coordinator you will perform clerical, HR, SAP, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is task-oriented, able to multi-task, and has exceptional time management skills.   • Production and Inventory reporting to Plant Manager and Operations
  • Complete physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
  • Update and Maintain SAP Warehouse Management System
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials
  • Determine lead time for all required materials to keep inventory of needed items in the facility
  • Order stock, machine tools and other items for production and maintenance
  • Create Vendor PO’s, review and reconcile vendor statements
  • Cycle counting of finished goods and raw materials
  • Ensure that schedules are met; transportation, production etc.
  • Assist in payroll preparation for corporate processing
  • Conduct initial new hire orientation
  • Provide Administrative and HR Support to the Plant Manager




- IEducation- Some type of college or 3 years of similar experience

-Years of Experience- 1-5

-Excel, Power Point, Word is required

-SAP experience prefered
