Summary: 
Implement & execute integrated Field marketing plans to drive awareness and demand for the Federal, State and Local Government Vertical NetApp Partners. 
Work with NetApp partners to develop and manage Federal, State and Local Government marketing programs for in North America, including: trade shows, on-site seminars, special events, training's, account specific briefings, etc. 
Develop and manage Lead Generation and nurture campaigns, account research and intelligence, and tele-prospecting campaigns. Generate leads, maturate opportunities and build pipeline through eSeminars, seminars, executive events, partner programs, content sponsorship and targeted account activities. 
Implement thought leadership initiatives and industry insights, promoting Arrow's enterprise solutions & capabilities within the government vertical. Recommend campaign prioritization based upon targeted customer list & knowledge of the industry. Connect with industry and partner sales teams to provide insight on relevant partner, customer & market data. 

Work with Arrow and NetApp Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing & other Field Marketing team members to drive execution of audience generated marketing programs and industry campaigns. Work with key partners, the sales team, and NetApp Channel Marketing team to leverage industry and channel partners across all programs. 

Develop and manage Federal and State and Local marketing strategy and budgets for activities 6months out. Drive the execution and management of those activities in conjunction with channel sales teams and NetApp stakeholders. Provide ROI analysis on marketing initiatives, and conduct forecast reporting as needed. 

Support sales force on field enablement initiatives, providing feedback to and from Corporate and Product Marketing around relevant industry solutions. Work with the Gov. Sales team to understand customer and partner needs. Advocate on behalf of the Gov. sales team and voice of the customer. 

Manage pre/post-logistics and audience generation needs for events and programs where needed. 
Education/Experience. Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent training. Prefer 5-7 years proven enterprise experience in field marketing and/or partner marketing. 
Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time. Expert knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services in the public sector. Expert ability to develop marketing strategy. Expert knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods. Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and budget management skills a must. Ability to lead cross-group initiatives and background in partner/alliance management or co-marketing planning
