Support and assist with implementation of content marketing efforts.
Write and edit primary online/offline content from awareness pieces, to consideration, to campaigns, to sales support and edit for various editorial, thought leadership, marketing communication and publication tactics supporting all groups
Support Editorial Calendar Content and maintenance (includes: blogs, social posts, emails, ads, etc).

Support designing and execution of the Thought Leadership program
Research relevant industry events and speaking opportunities and provide rationale for company participation
Research, investigate and interview subject matter experts and thought leaders to gather data and insights which can be used as building blocks to compelling communication pieces for the industry and markets targets. Ensure brand alignment weaving solutions into the “conversation” and establishing as the ultimate destination for best-in-class industry practices.
Support design of best practices, policy and engagement strategies.
Support serving up weekly status, quarterly business report presentations covering review of objectives progress and projection.

Under general supervision support design and gathering of components for the creation of a Speakers Bureau – a document (in excel or other format) identifying speakers, subject area domain, speakers bio (so we do not need to find it every time), speakers photo, speaker capability/strength (i.e. good in large audiences or small, internal/external, how they show up etc).
Proofread/copyedit all materials







Write short-form and long-form marketing materials promoting a variety of technology products
Translate concepts and themes into copy appropriate for various channels, including social media, blogs, emails and earned media



Stay abreast of industry, marketing and content trends, and share updates with the broader team





Qualifications:





Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment. Can manage his/her time and projects wisely while meeting deadlines
Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks

You are an energetic, positive person who works well independently
Sense of urgency and strong work ethic a must

Attention to detail
Experience writing for a variety of channels including email, social media, print advertising and blog
Experience working with or supporting sales and marketing initiatives

You are extremely professional in your demeanor with the ability to influence others

You represent the company brand well and help others to do the same. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency computer and technology skills (experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, Eloqua, Pardot, Social Media Platforms, and other platforms etc)

BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
