Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a Program Coordinator III. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Cambridge, MA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on contract support (Purchasing Systems, contract template expert, project manager, etc.) for the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical.
  • Manage intake requests and work with Program Managers, UX Researchers & Product Managers to confirm and track priorities and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with vertical team members and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate SOW process from creation to legal acceptance to mutual execution.
  • Collaborate with vertical team members and cross-functional stakeholders to onboard new vendors for Healthcare & Life Sciences (NDA, VSA, ISA, etc).
  • Post acceptance will support and track entire Procure-to-Pay process for working with third party vendors (e.g. memberships, external R&D, UX, etc.).
  • Track usage of services budgeted in contract.
  • Facilitate new contracts or extensions when usage does not match contract.
  • Coordinate team’s use of membership perks.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in operations, systems management, project management or process improvement.
  • Experience with G Suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) or similar collaboration software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:

  • 3 years of experience working with contracts and business process systems.
  • Experience running complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to successfully collaborate cross-functionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
