Description:
Ideal candidate is Excel savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills, looking to build or expand HR expertise
Program Coordinator - Learning and Development is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and reporting on UnitedHealthcare's talent learning and development initiatives. This role supports the development and implementation of consistent, high quality talent development opportunities and works directly with program managers and the Sr. Director.

Specific Duties:
1. Manage training tasks, including on-site room set up; ordering of supplies and catering; materials set-up requirements for all classes offered; and helps coordinate associated training communication efforts
2. Assist with learning management system task that include tracking and monitoring emails to talent development; supporting program managers in reporting and analytics; schedule/record keeping in the learning management system
3. Talent Development reporting and analytics for key projects, including Roadmaps for Leader Success
4. Create and maintain Powerpoint presentations as needed
5. Maintain/manage Talent Development SharePoint & Intranet site as needed

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. 3+ years of administrative and/or project coordination experience
in an office environment
2. Prior experience working in an HR or training department
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office - i.e., vlookup in Excel; animated Powerpoints 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Shift Start/End Time:
8:30 AM/5 PM
