Program Manager

Adecco is currently looking for a Program Manager for a client in the Oakland County area. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of program launch through the Quality planning process.
Responsibilities:

Conduct meetings internally and externally with suppliers and customer personnel to manage and communicate program issues
Maintain Advanced quality documentation
Managing launch from inception to end of production
Responsible for managing the customer relationship and any launch change or change related negotiations.
Primary engineering change contact
Leading the AQP team, including coaching, mentoring and training.
Proactively holds meetings, utilizes formal and informal communications in order to change designs, supplier quotes, customer change notices,
Supports new business quoting activity

Requirements:

Strong sales/engineering background
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Time management skills
Comprehensive understanding of launch process and critical path management
Proficient in computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Program Management software
5-7 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business
Some International travel to customer locations and manufacturing operations
