Description

* Support production of both Annual and Long Range planning including administration of the overall Planning framework; develop the standardized set of core processes such as strategic alignment, decision making, risk profile and interlock scheme. 
* Coordinate cross functional working teams; plan and facilitate meetings, ensure comprehensive minutes, agendas and schedules are prepared and distributed timely 
*Develop supporting collateral including informing Powerpoints, Excel tracking sheets and other project management tools. 
*Keep key stakeholders informed of overall program status including newsletters and collaborative, online tools 

Desired qualifications and skills 
 * 5-7 years of professional experience in business operations, project/program management, information technology or equivalent experience working in highly cross-functional roles 
* Bachelor's Degree in business management, product management, or technical degree, MBA a decided asset 
* Experience leading cross functional teams, proven leadership with project/program planning, management, and control methods and tools. 
* Demonstrated experience building and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of staff.
