  • This job is a combination of warehouse stocking/replenishment, along with the customer service role.
  •  
  • The ideal candidate would be able to lift our product and replenish our various drop zones at each of the customers.
  •  
  • They would also work closely with our Sales Administrators located at our Fort Wayne branch, identifying shortages and spikes, as well as determining changes to stock levels as needed
  •  
  • Scan and replenish totes for customer VMI programs.
  •  
  • Deliver to various drop zones and restock totes from Supply Tech delivery.
  • Collect empty totes from drop zones and consolidate for return to Supply Tech. 
  •  
  • Identify parts experiencing spikes in demand and potential shortages and communicate to appropriate Supply Tech personnel.
  •  
  • Review customer shortage reports and confirm that stock levels and pending deliveries are appropriate to cover the immediate demands.
  •  
  • Coordinate communication between customer representatives and Supply Tech personnel.
  •  
  • Monitor and track part issues, communicating as needed to the Sales Administrator and the Warehouse Supervisor.
  •  
  • Track/review parts requiring expedite to determine which parts need to have the MIN/MAX levels adjusted accordingly to eliminate the need to expedite.
  • Perform audits on all VMI program parts, ensuring accuracy of all labels and relevant information. Audits are performed on a continuous basis.
  • Assist and/or lead in various projects that arise at the customers' facilities.
  • Other projects/duties as needed. Job Requirements:

  • MS Office proficiency.
  •  
  • Great organizational skills and multitasking
  •  
  • Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time and able to lift and carry cartons/totes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  •  
  • Have a valid driver's license and insurance.
