Our client is the world's largest search engine.

I. Communication of Status
A.  Progress - coordinate between teams to ensure awareness and for timely action which maintains plan.

1. Conduct weekly meetings with the XFN teams and stakeholders.
2. May need to have meetings more often as the project build approaches to ensure all items have been completed
3. High priority issues/escalations need to be reported daily
B. Risks - identify areas of concern and work with stakeholders to mitigate risk to plans
C. Escalations - before impact to plan & to correct stakeholders
1. Communicate any Escalations immediately to the team

II. BOM tasks will be completed on a regular, in accordance with the Project Plans. Must be released to Rev A by end of DVT.
A. Work with the PDM Analyst on a weekly basis until the BOM has been released to Rev A. May need to increase weekly cadence to 2 - 3 times a week as the deadline approaches

III. Build Matrix must support 100% Project build requirements A. Set up meetings with the XFN teams in order to complete the Build Matrix. Build Matrix needs to be finalized and sent to the factory at least 2 weeks prior to build date.

IV. Outbound Logistics services must ensure on-time-ship and delivery (95% by target dates)
A. Monitor the shipment until it arrives at Google
1. Notify HWOPs that the shipment has arrived.
2. Work with HWOps to ensure the XFN teams receive the units built

V. Have a weekly sync between the vendor/supplier moving to monthly after 3 months.

- 3 to 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of product development within the electronics/consumer industry.
- 2+ years of MS Excel experience
- Must be organized, detailed oriented and independently driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of basic Bill Of Materials structure
- Must be able to drive issues to closure and influence change as necessary.
- Ability to react to resets and changes in a time sensitive environment.
- Ability to influence, effectively communicate.
- Agile PLM System
- Exposure to system/device builds and planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs efficiently
