Program Manager

As Program Manager you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the company’s latest products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. This role would involve working directly with the Marketing executives.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (book travel, manage expenses and schedule external meetings).
  • Culture keeper for the LA office including planning team events and off-sites
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.

 Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare logistics for team meetings and offsites including setting agendas, preparing briefing documents, taking notes, preparing presentations and tracking action items
  • Interact with high-level executives both inside and outside of the company and perform flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Review and aggregate key weekly team updates
  • Track and manage monthly budget meetings
  • Help with applications and sourcing for external speaking opportunities

 

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or minimum 2+ years of experience as a coordinator.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

 

Nice to Haves:

  • 8+ years of direct executive support experience
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies;
  • Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
