The Program Manager is responsible for managing a staffing program for a valued client. Provides general management to an average of 200 temporary employees. Acts as the main liaison to clients to define and develop innovative solutions to meet hiring needs, address standard to moderately complex client requests and achieve strategic objectives. Ensures staffing requirements are fulfilled according to client specifications. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, client industry, and roles. May manage one or more colleagues.
• Provides general management of temporary employees, including resolving employee relations issues.
• Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with client requirements.
• Completes new hire orientations/onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with client/contract standards.
• Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders.
• Deploys, coaches/counsels, develops and redeploys temporary employees.
• Manages temporary employee retention and recognition programs.
• Administers temporary staffing requisitions, weekly payroll and reporting in various systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor additional colleagues.
• Responds to and resolve client and temporary employee escalations.
• Maintain vendor relations and contract compliance across program suppliers.
• Ensures program SLA compliance and safety requirements are met.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience is required. Equivalent combination of post-high school education and seven (7) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
