Our Client’s Daily Deals program team is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to help deliver best-in-class Deals experience. In this role, you will work with the North America Merchandizing team, Finance, Deals Operations as well as Our Client’s Sellers to ensure operational excellence of Deals contract coordination. This role will assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of subsidy contract operations entailing end-to-end subsidy contract submission, including tracking subsidy contracts, ensuring contracts are compliant with governing legal terms and accounting controls, loading subsidized deals into the Deals system, improving the subsidy contract workflow, and maintaining an accurate reporting system. 

• Review all subsidy contracts, making sure all details are accurate and reporting inconsistencies with legal terms 
• Capture all subsidy offers on all contracts into the finance workbook with 100% accuracy and update as needed 
• Store all contracts and financial approvals to shared-drive and corporate’s legal document storage system 
• Provide support to our internal partners in resolving any contract related issues 
• Track compliance and operational errors 
• Daily data validation on price competitiveness of inventory 
• Other operational duties as well as Financial and analytical reporting will also be needed to be successful in this role. 

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, merchandising or general business experience, including some contract administration experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting required 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task 
• Excellent analytical and organizational ability 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
