Seeking a dynamic person to represent Gerber Life Insurance brand via various social media outlets.  Individual must have excellent written communication skills, attention to detail and follow through.  

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 2 years of experience in a contact center with a high level of customer focus preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Self-directed, curious, and highly motivated with ability to work independently
  • Learning agility to be able to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to articulate through written communication
  • Resiliency to manage fast-paced, consumer-driven, inquiries

  • Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization. 
  • Strong proven experience with Microsoft products (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
