The Project Administrator will follow up with OneMain customers to make sure they have enough information about file transfer (FTP) upgrade project. If issues are identified, the administrator will proactively coordinate with internal FTP support team to resolve them. Responsibilities include maintenance of customer contact information, migration project updates, customer follow ups, and participation in status calls.

Minimum Requirements:
� Five years� experience in administration
� Ability to follow up with customers and answer questions and take feedback
� Track project updates including customer migration status, schedule dates, etc.
� Strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred

Preferred experience includes:
� Prior experience in project tracking environment preferred
� Ability and willingness to work with others in a collaborative team environment
