Project Analyst Store Operations

Job Purpose

The role of the Project Coordinator Method Improvements is to provide support for Self Service Fitting Room and related projects. Support includes but is not limited to project coordination, data analysis, and project communication.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Responsible for tracking and communicating all project information, details, and revisions and is responsible for monitoring and following-up on all project action items as assigned.
  • Maintains accurate notes and open issues lists. Tracks, communicates, and supports completion of action items as assigned. Closes out open issues within deadlines as assigned.
  • Attends, provides input, and accurately records decisions and action items for all meetings as assigned.
  • Develops and edits project plans and schedules as assigned.
  • Proactively identifies issues that could impact project timing, quality or scope.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyzes project data from multiple sources over various intervals, including sales, shrink, customer satisfaction, and feedback from stores, field and corporate stakeholders, using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
  • Develops and updates project dashboards and reporting to provide ongoing updates on project status to the Field, internal partners, and Leadership team using Microsoft Office.

Project Communication:

  • Communicates project updates, open issues, and plans to stakeholders as assigned.
  • Plans and schedules calls and online feedback surveys with stores, field and corporate partners, provides accurate recaps of feedback, and supports resolution of open issues, as assigned.
  • Supports the creation and edits of presentations and written communications to stakeholders using Microsoft Office.


University degree in related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with complex data analysis is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with project coordination is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment is required.

Working Conditions

Project Coordinator usually works in an office environment but the project may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace.

Project Coordinator works a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to monitor project activities.

Some travel may be required.
