  • Possess advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work through a complex process involving new applications and/or changes to existing policies.
  • Ability to identify and obtain missing information and complete the process from start to finish.
  • MS Word and/or Excel skills required.
  • Data entry speed and accuracy required and experience working within a database format.
  • Prior Call Center experience required.
