Project Coordinator
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
¿ Data entry of project information
¿ Assist Project Directors/Project Managers with all project tasks and communication
¿ Create project budgets for internal review
¿ Create and assemble requests for quotes and purchase orders
¿ Track vendor status updates
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
¿ A professional, results-oriented person with creative problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task and have a great attention to detail
¿ Effective oral and written communication skills
¿ Proficient typing skills
¿ Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft products
¿ Able to effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously
¿ Ability to work as a team member
¿ Previous experience in purchasing, hospitality, design, and FF&E product knowledge is a plus, but not required
