Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and process Contingent Worker Onboarding (CWO) and Rehire Eligibility requests (theatres assigned)
• Averaging and processing 150 – 200 global requests per day
• Validate onboarding requests are routed to appropriate path and meet minimum standards
• Support processing of re-hire requests or general worker eligibility activity
• Review and ensure all background reports meet Cisco company standards
• Ensure all background reports are stored in their designated areas
• Update/create documents, policies, and procedures to better support the CWO tool
• Address any errors and documenting those errors to provide feedback to management
• Provide real time training on CWO process to Cisco employees and Vendors
• Respond to all correspondences in a timely manner and immediately address any issues
• Maintain a 24 – 72 hour turn-around-time depending on SLA for specific task

Minimum Requirements & Technical Skills:
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. i.e Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
- Must possess good customer service and communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Must be able to collaborate well with the team and other departments.

-Oracle HRMS and Fieldglass or other ERP or HR tool experience strongly preferred
