Description: Employee Services Specialists to work on Local HR Services (LHRS) roles for terminations. Works as part of a team that provides quality customer service by helping to process Business Organization Agreements, resolve routine related questions, issues and escalations.
- Intake and Preparation of transition documents via the HR tool based on approvals if relevant approvals and documentation are available as per the process.
- Transition letter generation and distribution
- Scanning and placing transition letters in employee personnel file
- Responsible for processing resignation agreements as documents are received
- Work with all stakeholders in process to provide accurate and timely resolution for employee queries.
- Validate Employee personal documents and records
- Written/verbal communication with employees & stakeholders
- Data Entry in HR database
- Quality Check
- Case Management
- Working with stakeholders based on process steps
- Upload soft copies for filing database

Minimum Requirements & Technical Skills:
1. Eye for details
2. Customer services skills.
3. Communication skills

Desired Skills:
1. Experiences in HR data entry & Employee support team preferred.
