Project Coordinator I

Adecco is currently assisting our client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search for a Program Coordinator! This is a 6-month contract opportunity based in Mountain View, CA.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • You will be a part of a global team that aligns the company business growth priorities with strong automation and analytics to deliver opportunities to our sellers and customers.
  • Specifically, we are responsible for the strategy, systems, and analytics that drive algorithmic lead generation (i.e., “Recommended Opportunities”) for our frontline teams.
  • As a Program Coordinator, you will support the operations of the Recommended Opportunities program.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials that will be delivered to sales teams and follow up when correction is needed.
  • Track, organize, and manage feedback received from end users and stakeholders through multiple channels.
  • Contribute to the development of internal marketing and communication materials.
  • Prepare new opportunity information for program use.

 

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • BA/BS degree in operations, business administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with G-Docs, G-Mail, G-Sheets.

Desired:

  • Problem-solving skills, with high attention to details.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and having the proven ability to work well with a team.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in consulting or cross-functional program management.
  • Experience with online advertising products/business.
