Job Description: This role is responsible for the Operational plan and execution of Large and/or Strategic Product and Service Renewal deals. It requires drafting of deal plans and regular and consistent interaction with Cisco sales, partners or customers to manage opportunities in compliance with PEGA DMO Application tool processes within Cisco Deal Lifecycle Methodology. 

This role is to cover the scope of a Cisco employee who has the role of Deal Manager. 

Handle basic administration functions and provide analysis and documentation of certain project aspects. Act as a liaison between end users and IT staff. Coordinate meetings and manage detailed project plans to support software/hardware. 5 years of experience are required. 

• Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications) 
Knowledge of Cisco's tools and processes 
1. 2+ year of experience working with C3 Install Base data within CSCC, IB360, Cisco Ready and Business Objects reporting 
2. 2+ years of experience working with CS managing cases using My Cisco Workspace 
3. 1+ year working using CCW interface to research order details for both new and renewal services sold 
4. 2+ years working with Services to have developed an understanding of delivery service levels, software service components and exposure to new business models 
5. Familiarity with Cisco Sales' quarterly fiscal cycle and commit focus

1. Advanced excel skills including frequent use of formulas, functions and pivot tables 
2. Strong analysis skills for reconciliation of multiple data sources into a single view of the customer Install Base 
3. Knowledge of deal planning requirements to enable execution of all steps needed to quote and book a renewal 
4. Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with sales and partners to adhere to deal project timelines, and risk management skills to develop alternative deal scenarios with sales as needed 
5. Professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as professional presence online (phone or web) to drive deal project discussions with stakeholders 
6. Ability to demonstrate deal progress accountability via use of Cisco tools to track deal progress and provide bi-weekly summary of deal statuses
