Inventory the files into electronic folder system Manage files that need to be scanned and prepare files that need to be shredded Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Review filing storage area and extract documentation into an electronic system Inventory the files into electronic folder system Manage files that need to be scanned and prepare files that need to be shredded.

Required Skills/Qualifications: Education: College Degree Experience with file management systems and database development Google Drive, Google sheets Experience with using Adobe Acrobat (PDF files) Attention to detail with regards to file scanning and importing and inventory files into an electronic file retention system Strong project management skills.
