Access is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Project Controls team. Spend Execution & Management - Lead creation of purchase orders (POs) for expenses and inventory; manage ongoing maintenance and monitoring - Run daily reports to identify payment statuses - Liability Validation - including review of invoices - Work with Accounts Payable team to address specific errors, - Escalate to business based on a defined set of criteria and thresholds - Create and monitor tickets for issue tracking - Monitor vendor POs, invoices, and payment schedules and work with external partners, as needed Process & Data Management - Creating, documenting, and updating procedures and workflows - Manage data integrity for all sources of assigned data - Track and maintain project commitments and expenditures - Support Project Controls in identifying performance metrics, monitor progress, and effectively communicate progress - Report material and labor consumption - Participate in the development and improvement of project controls systems and tools - Assist stakeholders in executing change management processes, PO workflows, project cost analysis - Regularly follow up with vendors and stakeholders to maintain deadline driven data inputs


Mandatory- BA/BS degree or 3 years of equivalent practical experience. - 1-2 years of Project Controls or Financial planning work experience - Analytical experience with cost analysis, heavy spreadsheet usage (formulas, pivot tables, charts) - Experience and a proven track record of process improvement and exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. - Experience in Project Cost role, PO & Invoicing, project cost analysis - Drive to create process efficiencies using automation - Experience using and creating database queries - Detailed knowledge of pivot tables, look-ups, tables, and formatting data for usable analysis and reporting

Desired- Experience or exposure with Accounting principles (invoicing, accruals, etc)
- Experience with budget and schedule management tools (P6) and financial systems (Oracle & Ecosys)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively, be diplomatic with stakeholders and vendors
- Ability to be proactive and present solutions
