Primary Responsibilities:
• Review customer Pharmacy benefit information for accuracy
• Using Source of Truth documents and Job Aids to review for the accuracy of data entered to the system
• Responsible for managing an individual work queue to ensure work is completed within required Turn Around Times
• Meet monthly Quality Metrics
• Document and work with Business Partners to have any errors identified corrected
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Required Overtime during Q4 (Nov and Dec, possibility in Oct) evenings and weekends

Required Qualifications:
1. High school graduate. Some College preferred, but not required
2. Experience working in a healthcare related field or earned credential through formal education (ie: degree or certificate in healthcare field)
3. Work overtime, required during Quarter 4 (Oct – Dec)
4. 2+ years in a Quality Assurance position (audit role, proofreading)
5. Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
6. Effective communications (verbal and written)
7. Adhere to internal policies and processes
8. Organized, ability to mutli-task
9. Strong analytical skills

11. Multi task, and work with two monitors and multiple documents at one time
12. Work in a changing environment

Additional information:
• Work Attire – Business casual
• Work location – Irvine, CA (2300 Main Street)
o Must be driveable distance
• No work from home or telecommuting
• Work hours
o Monday – Friday - 8 am PT – 4:30 pm PT (30 min lunch)
o Overtime can be worked in the early morning, evening and weekends as well
