Project Coordinator

Transition Project Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for delivering successful workplace change projects for global clients on a contract basis. Not only will you receive full training in processes, but you will also gain unique insight into a diverse cross-section of businesses, a large number of which are global, Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Detailed data gathering/database management
  • Preparing and issuing of project communication documents
  • Conducting space and storage utilization surveys and analysis
  • Conducting furniture and equipment inventories and analysis
  • Preparing meeting and presentation materials
  • Working closely with client project teams
  • Liaising with key workstreams and external service providers
  • Monitoring resource levels and expenses on projects against budgets
  • Project management of all implementation activity

The Transition Project Coordinator/Manager must be mobile and able to work at client’s premises in a variety of locations, and be able to work weekends as necessary. This role will be based out of the Houston Medical Center area.

 

 

Required Experience:

? Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and a proven track record as an executive admin or Project Manager.
