- Assist Store Ops, Best Practice team with project
- Contact Stores via email and phone to answer questions and gather information in Excel
- Manage communication responses and escalate issues
- Collect photos from Stores and verify they match the Guide

Skill Requirements
- Organized and detail oriented
- People person (experience with customer service preferred)
- Strong writing/communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (for data entry
