Project Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a fortune 500 tech company recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Waltham, MA. This is a contract role based on quarterly renewals and employee performance throughout.

This role requires candidates to be a member of the Operations team.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in day to day functions of assigning accounts to customers facing resources.
  • Administering customer facing activities and managing a relevant set of analytics for key decision making.
  • Review business processes and make process improvement recommendations.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this role:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Overseeing resource capacity
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Be collaborative across several business units
  • Over 1 year of relevant experience
  • Previous operational role a plus
  • Aptitude in Salesforce, Zendesk
