Project Coordinator


Adecco is currently assisting a Wichita-based company with their search for a temporary to permanent Project Coordinator position. We are looking for candidates who are wanting a platform for professional growth opportunities!

The Project Coordinator will be providing administrative support to the Project Manager by completing general operations, deploying approved processes and procedures to meet deadlines.

Essential Job Duties

Effectively communicate information through detailed written correspondence and verbal communication internally and externally.

  • Prepare necessary documents for the liaison programs, execute CRM and assigned tasks.
    • Produce Liaison Documentation Documents
    • Assist with program parameters
    • Assist with program order forms
    • Assist in the development of program proposals
    • Negotiate Contracts with Venues, Caterers, security and other vendors as needed for event coordination.
    • Develop purchase orders
    • Develop invoices and follow up on payments
    • Manage Venue/Catering Fees and payments
    • Prepare effective reports and correspondence
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors
    • Design and produce room set up diagrams as required
    • Assist in the building of Training materials, art and other documents required
    • Assist in the development and management of websites
    • Assist in the development and deployment of invites and campaigns

Proficiently uses CRM, Microsoft Programs/Software (Word, PowerPoint, Xcel), Outlook, Signature, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Intacct, ABBY, Social Media websites, and Client based websites to execute programs.

Advises Project Manager of any client and production related issues.

Other duties assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of project management processes

Skills and Abilities: Customer service skills, communication skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, ability to work under deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Products, Xchange documentation system, Signature and CRM. Ability to work in high pressure environment.
