Our client, a Health Services Provider, is urgently seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in launching a new service. The position is located in Flemington, NJ and is a contract opportunity projected to last 3 - 4 months.

As a Project Coordinator you will help plan, facilitate, and document all aspects of the project, as well as, actively assist project resources in completing required tasks. The Project Coordinator will work with Upper Management and multiple business groups to ensure the progression and direction of the project is on schedule.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Participating in the planning and documentation of policies and procedures
- Interacting with other project resources and coordinating resources as needed
- Helping to ensure project deliverables are met on schedule
- Providing hands on assistance to project resources, seeking opportunities to excel and help others
- Juggling and prioritizing multiple tasks

Requirements include:
- 4 year degree
- Previous Project Coordinator or related experience
- Previous experience working in the medical or health services field preferred
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to provide structure, but remain flexible to adapt as required

Full time hours - Pay Rate $25 - $32 per hour
