Job Description:

Summary: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities for any other non-IT based project. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. Two to four years relevant experience with previous project management experience required. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Hours :8 AM-5PM some flex

Executing the digital strategy for this role will drive increase the number of connected assets in the field and increase digital connection with customer.

Deploy Americas wide program to accelerate connected asset population
Manage diverse internal and external stakeholders to meet technical and commercial milestones
Track and enable smooth execution of the program
Develop and run communications and training plans
Identify and drive resolution of issues and action items

Typical say with data analysis and develop a deployment plan to the region that this person is assigned to. Developing, executing a deployment plan to reach that goal. Calling dealers, working in Excel, data analysis

2-5yr experience in program management, preferably engaging and working with IT & Digital Infrastructure and platforms
Project management expertise (or 6Sigma experience) - Microsoft Project required
Excel proficiency (pivot tables, reporting, charting, graphs, vlookups, etc)
Experience in Telematics and software deployment are a plus

Self-driven and persistent
Good communications skills
Enjoys working independently and in a multicultural environment
Fluent in English (preferably Spanish also)
