Title: Project Manager 4
Pay: $80/hour
Duration: 3+ months
Location: New York, NY



Role Description

Job Description -
• Manage the coordination and compilation of the Credit Suisse’s annual FRY 12 A (Merchant Banking Investments) filing across all Credit Suisse divisions.
• Identify and confirm in-scope investments leveraging system, divisional sponsors and bank regulatory legal guidance
• Obtain certification from divisions as to completeness and accuracy of data provided
• Work through and solve issues as required
• Submit filing by due date to Federal reserve
• Manage and coordinate Asset Management’s annual Volcker Controls Certification through to division heads.
• In coordination with Compliance coordinate and facilitate the annual COO control attestations from business lines up to divisional head
• Assist COOs in navigating the control tool for evidencing sign-off
• Prepare control binders for business heads and divisional heads
• Escalate any issues as required.
• Work through and solve issues as required
• Manage existing project plans, resource plans, issues, and decisions logs
Develop and deliver analysis such as impact assessments, requirements documentation, and etc. while obtaining input from Legal, Compliance, Operations and business COOs
• Create new project documentation as needed (e.g., project plan, timeline, roadmap)
• Collate, prioritize and catalog business decisions
• Facilitate meetings and workshops
• Document meeting minutes, takeaways, and next steps
• Track progress of items listed in the issues, and/or decisions log
• Identify and escalate opportunities and issues
• Obtain and synthesize weekly accomplishments, next steps, issues, and decisions
• Develop executive / sponsor level communication materials summarizing progress

Must haves:
Experience with FRY 12 A filing
Experience with Annual CEO Volcker Attestation processes
Controls mindset/experience
Preferred Asset Management experience
Preferred Asset Management regulatory experience (e.g., QFC, SEC Liquidity Rule, Cayman AML, MiFID II, Simple Transparent Securitization, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in regulation scoping and impact assessments across Alternative Investments (e.g., private equity, quantitative funds, CLOs, fixed income, commodities, etc.)
• Project management lifecycle and stakeholder management expertise
