POSITION: Project Manager
HOURS: Full-time 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F
DURATION: 1 - year
PAY: 70.00$ to 78.00$ per hour

Job Summary:

The Retail Contact Center (RCC) BPR/Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects to support the Digital transformation.
The individual will manage project teams - primarily in the RCC business areas - to run and support the project on a day-to-day basis.
He/she will use a disciplined approach for introducing and managing change to the organization.
The individual will help design and implement WW and Regional projects for Omni- channel Retail: Contact Centers, Online Store, 3rd-Party Online Platforms or Digital Service in Retail Store.

The role may require the individual to travel occasionally.

Description & Requirements:

The individual, operating within the agreed reporting structure, is responsible for: Designing and applying appropriate project management standards (e.g. Governance model, Documentation templates, Metrics...etc) 

Managing and supporting the production of the required deliverables (e.g. System requirements, Process mapping, Business cases, Reports, Test scenarios, Training and Communication plans and contents...etc.)
Understanding the structure, policies, and operations of the Retail Contact Centers to recommend and implement solutions that enable the organization to achieve altogether the company, the contact center organization and the project objectives.

Planning and monitoring the project to execute plans as required 
Managing project risks and monitoring overall progress and use of project resources 
Providing recommendations and initiating corrective actions where and when necessary 

Providing insights and support, facilitating discussions with our Support teams (e.g. IT, Training, Communication, UAT...etc.)

Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects or project tracks and their impact liaising with program/product management and other project track leads (e.g. Finance, Operations, Legal...etc.) 

Communicating and encouraging the need for transformation and change within the contact center business areas or other parts of the organization when necessary — all along the project lifecycle 

Identifying the people skill need and supporting the project transition to business owners in contact centers liaising with Training, HR, Procedure and Communication teams 
Supporting all cutover activities needed until the successful implementation of the project 

Supporting the post go-live activities during the warranty period, conducting a project evaluation review and work on any follow-on action recommendations
Apply a structured project management approach to the specific requirements of the project
Tailor expertise and business knowledge to meet specific circumstances and project requirements
Establish a good working relationship with all stakeholders, building and sustaining effective communication
Be a tactful diplomat, problem solver, thinker and analyzer
Be an openminded, humble and innovative individual
Direct, manage and motivate the project teams
Understand and apply recommendations and risk management processes


Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in large size public company
At least 5-8 years of experience managing large scale and complex projects
Experience in program management & business analysis
Experience in digital transformation, eCommerce and contact centers
Proficiency with program management tools
Strong communication and interpersonal people skills
BA/BS degree required; PMP certification; advanced degree preferred
