Adecco is assisting a corporate trust, stock transfer planned services corporation in their search for a Project Manager in the Bolingbrook, IL location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with team of four
- Facilitation and execution of customer and internal stakeholder projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within defined timelines and scope utilizing the defined governance, methodology and processes.
- Develops and maintains productive working relationships with business owners, project sponsors, solution consultants, business analysts, architects, programmers, testers, vendors and customers.
- Provide end to end project management for application development, implementation, and ad hoc projects which includes: solution design, requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Define, maintain, and communicate project deliverables, schedules, governance and remediate project related risks/issues for multiple projects utilizing defined project management processes and methodologies.
- Manage customer and internal stakeholder expectations including the facilitation of meetings and deliverables.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
- Be able to travel to Chicago area

Candidates must meet the following qualifications in order to be considered:

- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years experience executing projects
- Needs to be able to communicate with external clients both written and verbal communication is key
- Financial/Banking/Tax industry background preferred
- Need to be able to travel to Chicago area
- Software: MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Agile & Waterfall
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships (internally and externally)
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to solve problems collaboratively
- Understanding of Change Management methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of SDLC and Project Management methodologies
- Experience with planning, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating, encouraging and motivating internal teams
- Experience working with remote teams
- PMP Certification
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane, and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
